I'm Sooo ready for Spring Break

Playing: Bleach DS, Ratchet And Clank 3, Zelda:PH

Well i'm bummed out this morning -_- i went to Mythology class like i usually do on Monday mornings and today we got our midterm exams back...honestly i thought i did amazing on it

I zipped through the Multiple Choice, T/F and Fill in Questions just like that ! then came the essays...hmm...i dunno about you guys but i'm not the best essay writer on tests/quizzes...i dunno its somethin to do with the lack of time to think i suppose...i always feel extremely rushed...i like writing things at home

anywho...i guess we had to do 2 essay questions...each 25 points each...50 points...and the exam was worth 100 points...so...half the grade was based on the essays o.o

So i wrote them...felt like they weren't "horrible" and turned in my test....i guess...they were horrible to the teacher

I did wonderful on the first half like i thought i did, only missed 2 questions ^^ and then the essays...smashed my grade...she took off 16 points for one of the answers (out of 25) and 20!!! 20 points off the other!

i got a 48/100 on my exam ....what a brilliant way to start off the day...she took points off for sentence structure...like...wtf...i thought this was going to be a low-key fun class. Not another english class *grumbles* i should've just signed up for another english class if my writing is going to be graded like that...luckily i'm not the only one in there that is disappointed with the class....at least its not needed for my degree........ lets just hope i pass...college is soo overrated for its prices these days -_-

Anywho...thanks to those who pointed out the glittergraphics site with my avatar and some other deviants work on them. PLEASE go look at that site though for some of your animations and whatnot might be on there fellow deviants! i only referenced 2 of

pieces on there but i'm sure there might be more. I recognized some things on there but couldn't place the artists with the work @_@ cuz I'm slow these days....

OH and an update on my friend's brother....they pulled him off life support on Saturday, to find that he was breathing on his own, which he wasn't supposed to be able to do. He has no brain activity

so most likely its just waiting at this point. Last i heard he was being moved to a Hospice center. I guess his breathing is really strained and heavy. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers...

aww sorry about your Mythology class, I'm taking Mythology as well, but our class is a bit more laid back than that, she just wants to know if we've got the myth down when we have essay questions and they're like NEVER that much of the overall test grade

I have had psychology classes like that though, over HALF of my final in my Physiological Psychology class was just one essay question "How is the brain like a light switch?" and I thought I did pretty good, but obviously not, I got a D overall in the class >.< I'll be taking that one again *sigh* oh well I think it was mostly the instructor that got me, he taught well, but graded weird and TOUGH too! Plus he was wishy washy in his grading too, so yeah, if I can I'll take physio with someone else next term or whenever I try it again.

My Chemistry class is what's killing me right now, I just hope I can get a C in it and I'll dance for joy

our first test like most of us failed, so I guess that's kinda good, well not really, but at least I wasn't the only one.

anyway I wish you luck in your Mythology class

You know what happened to me once? I copied all my exams answers from the book (I'm in school) and I didn't pass o.O
I was like "WTF?! I copied this D;"

. Oh well. I didn't care much, anyways, I had good marks but I was too lazy to think about the exam questions

sorry about those essay questions, im not very good at them either. im good at writing something im interested in, but not essays. it sucks that she grades on sentence structure! hopefully you'll do better next time!^^

Lol don't worry, you're not the only bad essay writer! I suck! I am SO much better at writing form my own head and making up my own things instead of basing (sp?) my essay on something else.

Lol, don't worry, last time I uploaded my artwork was Feb. 14th O_O

Well, I guess your friend's brother breathing on his own is a little progess for him getting better

P.S If this doesn't make any sense to you I understand....Its like 5:30 a.m right now O_O

In Mythology class? Geesh...I wish we had a class like that. Sounds different. We don't have anything like that. But don't worry about keeping your friend's brother in our prayers.
